James Rodriguez will reportedly leave Real Madrid and join the Premier League this January during the Winter Transfer window.

There is no denying Rodriguez’s talents. However, he has struggled to break into the playing XI consistently during his stay in the Spanish Capital and has made only 9 appearances this season with the last of them coming 2 months ago.
The midfielder was one of the few players that manager Zinedine Zidane tried to offload in the summer and it seems that he is set to leave the club in January with a shock move to the Premier League to reunite with his former manager for the third time.

It was earlier reported that Ancelotti wanted to make Zlatan Ibrahimovic his first signing. However, things didn’t pan out the way he wanted and the striker joined AC Milan instead. Ancelotti is now aiming to bring Rodriguez, with whom he has worked at Real Madrid and Bayern Munich before, as he plans to reverse Everton’s fortunes in the Premier League.
