Jeff Hardy later went through a successful rotator cuff surgery. The recovery time from a rotator cuff surgery can be quite complicated. One may become completely fit within 90 days of the surgery, but sometimes even a year can pass before the person becomes fully fit.
More than 120 days have passed since the surgery and it is possible that Jeff Hardy is fully fit and waiting for his in ring return.
Talking of returns, Hardy Boyz, a veteran and popular WWE tag team, had a sensational return at Wrestlemania 33, when they even won the Raw Tag Team Championship.
