Tottenham will host Liverpool in the Premier League this weekend. The Reds are yet to lose a single match this season. However, Jose Mourinho will be looking to hand them their first defeat in the Premier League in over a year. Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp however, had a different worry in his mind.

The German was asked who was a better player between the two world class managers. Klopp refrained from answering the question. However, he expressed bewilderment at Mourinho’s position during his days as a football player.

“I don’t know,” Jurgen Klopp told reporters. “I don’t actually know where Jose played, was he a goalkeeper?

“Jose was a goalkeeper? Does anybody know what position did Jose play?

“So, don’t blame me if you don’t know it, ‘Klopp had no clue’, does anbody know the position of Jose Mourinho?

“I think he was a goalkeeper.

“[He played in goal in a charity game.] You can play in goal if you can’t walk anymore as well in the charity game, but I want to know it now – somebody Google it now, we have time.

“[We haven’t got time.] I have time!

“[He was a midfielder]. Sorry Jose! But then yeah, he played in goal in the charity game.”

Liverpool are currently 13 points clear of their nearest opponents with a game in hand. Tottenham on the other hand, are currently at 6th place with 6 points off the top 4. While most teams would hate to face Liverpool right now, Mourinho may be relishing at being given the chance of bringing the Reds down. After all, despite an indistinguishable playing career, there is no denying Mourinho’s talents as a manager.
