MUFC vs BFC Dream 11 Predictions: Mumbai take on Bengaluru at home with an urge to end their losing streak in the Hero ISL 2019-20.

Mumbai FC desperately needs to get back to winning streak if they have to qualify for the play-off’s this season. Having lost their previous two matches the visitors have fallen out of the top four positions. Uncharastically the Islanders have gained just four points from their home games this season. Jorge Costa & Co. have failed to score in their previous two games and to add to the misery they also lost the reverse fixture last month in Bengaluru. Odd being against the Islanders the home team would be heavily dependent on Modou Sougou for a Talismanic performance on Friday against the Blues.

On the other hand Bengaluru FC have had the exact opposite result winning both their last games, they walk in confidently to the Mumbai Football Arena. A win will take them to the top of the table with 25 points. Fortunately for the visitors Sunil Chhetri has been in great form and has scored 8 goals so far for the Blues this season. Deshorn Brown’s addition in the January transfer window has strengthened their squad and might get a start immediately on Friday. Talking about the defensive unit of the visiting side, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu & Co. are best in the league so far. Bengaluru has conceded only 7 goals so far this season.

Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, the 27 year old Indian International has been the safest goalkeeper of the season. Last season’s Golden Glove winner helped his side bag the trophy and this season in his 12 appearances he has conceded only 7 goals, Sandhu is well complemented with a strong defensive unit. Rowllin Borges provides additional support to both Defensive and Forward units, his play making ability has always supported the central midfield play, basis of which Mumbai have made successful attacks. Diego Carlos brings in the Brazilian Ginga flavour to Indian football, his control of the ball and play making abilities have been incredible.
