Mohamed Salah pokes fun at Roberto Firmino for his hilarious reaction to Sadio Mane’s angry outburst during the match against Burnley.

Liverpool had an eventful night yesterday in the Premier League. They continued their winning streak as they crushed Burnley 3-0. All of the goals were worth talking about. However, by the end of the match, the goal that wasn’t scored became the talking point of night.

With the score 3-0, Liverpool had another chance to score and make it 4. All Mohamed Salah had to do was pass the ball to an unmarked Sadio Mane. Instead he fancied himself to score with his weaker foot. The ball failed to find the back of the net and Mane was left visibly upset.

After being substituted, the Senegalese let himself go and needed to be calmed by his teammates. It is believed that he was fuming at not being supplied with a pass by the Egyptian. The tension was visible in a video posted by Liverpool on their social media; wherein Roberto Firmino found himself between Salah and Mane before looking at the camera and giving a hilarious reaction.

However, it seems that all is well in the Liverpool camp as Salah decided to have a bit of fun at the expense of Firmino. The winger put up the said video on his own social media and laughed at it.

The trio are very important components of Klopp’s plans. To have them bickering among themselves will only spell doom for the club. It is therefore heartening for the fans to see Mohamed Salah posting this. It suggests that the people involved have come to terms with the incident and have moved on.
