Dillon Brooks Forehead: Why the Memphis Grizzlies’ Star is an ‘Angel’ and How is LeBron James Involved?
Dillon Brooks and LeBron James have a pretty famous love-hate affair going on at the moment… minus the love entirely. This is likely the most personal James has taken anything over the course of his 20-year career in the NBA. And as you’d probably expect, the Grizzlies’ shaggy goatee’d star absolutely loves every second of it.
That said, this whole beef has brought quite a few questions about Dillon Brooks to the fore. For example, there are now some popular questions regarding the star’s sexuality, and if his partner is a transgender woman. But, as if that one wasn’t a bit off already, now there seems to be a new point of concern.
What is going on with Dillon Brooks’s forehead? Where are the marks on it from, and what is LeBron James’s connection to it all?
What are the marks on Dillon Brooks’s forehead?
If you have ever seen Dillon Brooks’s picture up close, you already know this man’s forehead adds quite a few inches to his overall height. And of course, the effect is only further exaggerated by his braids seemingly pulling his hairline back even further.

This has opened up his forehead to the world, bare naked for everyone to look at. And apparently, that has initiated a rather weird, yet hilarious concern. Take a look at the Reddit post below.
DB’s forehead marks – halo?
by u/GrindGritGrizz in memphisgrizzlies
For those who don’t know, a ‘halo’ refers to the ring-like object that appears around the forehead of angels in religious representations. So yes, either Dillon Brooks is an angel, or… well, there couldn’t possibly be another explanation for the deep marks on his forehead. So yes, he is not the devil of the NBA, but rather an angel. We have all been blessed, and we didn’t even know it.
Jokes aside, it is unclear where the mark came from. Whether these are just acne scars, or it is some kind of an old injury to the head that left a dent, we don’t know. Frankly, your guess on this is as good as ours.
What is LeBron James’s connection to all this?
Many have wondered if LeBron James has something to do with this phenomenon. But, as far as the world knows, James did not cause this scar/dent. So yes, despite all the curiosity, this has absolutely no connection to the King whatsoever.
