Shaquille O’Neal is a proud dad. He has never been one to be callous in support of his children. From his eldest to his youngest, Shaq has been there for them all. Even for stepson Myles O’Neal, he has never shied away from being the perfect dad. And his latest post shows unwavering support for his son’s DJ career.

Shaq’s son Myles O’Neal can somewhat be characterized as eccentric. Clearly not cut from the same cloth as the rest of the O’Neals, Myles is different, in more ways than one.

From his career as a DJ to his theories around birds, Myles doesn’t do things the usual way. And he is taking a more creative direction when it comes to his life. Myles released a song recently, his first single. Dad Shaq couldn’t be prouder.

Myles won’t be the first O’Neal to have something great going on in music. He is, after all, the son of Shaq. The Lakers legend has many careers. A rapper and a DJ are just some of the hats he has donned.

Naturally, it would seem Myles was inspired by his father. He is a successful DJ and to an extent, Myles is also a singer. Or well, he has just started.

He released his first single, “Superficial” just a few days ago, and Dad couldn’t be prouder. He posted a video of Myles doing a successful DJ show on his Instagram, to his 30 million followers.

Talk about promoting your son.

Myles is Shaq’s stepson and he still treats him like his own child!

To really understand the heart of gold that Shaq has, you need to know that Myles is not Shaq’s son. Myles is Shaunie Henderson’s son, from another relationship.

But Myles despite not being related to Shaq, took his last name when his mother was married to O’Neal. For Shaq, Myles is one of his boys. What a wholesome stepfather.
