“Dwyane Wade just said winning an NBA title is easier than winning the Cube?”: NBA fans hilariously react to the Miami Heat legend’s continuous promotion of his new game show

NBA fans react to Dwyane Wade hosting the game show known as the Cube as the legend claims it’s harder to win the game than an NBA title.

Dwyane Wade has been all over the place this year as along with news breaking of his part-ownership of the Utha Jazz franchise, he has also revealed he will be hosting a game show known as the Cube. This show was popular in the UK as it aired for 10 seasons and saw contestants perform deceptively simple tasks inside of a glass cube.

The contestant to reach the apex of all challenges within the cube and beat them all would win $250,000. Failing to do so would either result in winning a smaller sum of money or in walking away with nothing at all.

Dwyane Wade took to his Instagram and social media to promote the American version of the ‘Cube’ as he will be hosting it on the TBS network. He released a snippet of what’s to come about a week ago and ever since then has been flooding the internet with promotional material; much to NBA fans’ chagrin.

Dwyane Wade seems to have gotten a tad bit carried away with how he’s been portraying the ‘Cube’ on social media as in one instance, he claimed that winning $250,000 from this game show would be a harder challenge to overcome in comparison to winning an NBA championship. This, of course, rubbed NBA fans the wrong way as they expressed their displeasure with the statement on Twitter.

Fans have also gotten fed up with the constant promotion on television and online as many have hilariously spoken out about how they simply cannot get away from viewing an advertisement related to Dwyane Wade’s new hosting gig.

In an interview with GQ, Dwyane Wade talked about what made him take a compete 180 on the idea of becoming a game show host. “I have no idea! Sometimes you do things just because doors open. Sometimes you walk into it and it’s uncomfortable but you gotta give it a chance.”
