"Evan Mobley is Chris Bosh on offense and Anthony Davis on defense": Potential top-3 pick in 2021 NBA Draft projects to have insane ceiling on both ends per NBA scouts

NBA Insider hands some massive praise to potential first-overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, Evan Mobley

Evan Mobley has had NBA scouts going gaga for him for the longest time now, and why not? The 20-year-old is arguably the best prospect in an already strong draft. On top of that, he is already relatively well-polished with a massively high upside. Overall, there’s very little to not like about this future NBA player.

As things stand though, Mobley is still only slated to go third overall by most drafts, falling behind Cade Cunningham and Jalen Green. But should he be the one going first instead?

Recently, an NBA scout observed Evan Mobley up close and analyzed every part of his game. And, it’s fair to say that his verdict is something the Detroit Pistons will want to hear.

“That’s an NBA superstar”: Chad Ford reveals what a scout told him about Evan Mobley ahead of the 2021 NBA Draft

For those that may be unaware, Evan Mobley is a 7 foot big out of USC, that, according to Kevin O’Connor, has the potential to one day become the go-to scorer on an NBA Team.

He even has some serious upside on the defensive end, with many estimating him to become an All-Defensive type player. Simply put, scouts expect him to become one of the best two-way players in the league, in due time. But as if that wasn’t enough, here is what an NBA scout had to say about him recently.

A superstar indeed, and a scary one at that.

Given all the scouting reports we have seen on him, we just can’t wait to see Evan Mobley play in the NBA.

But, will he be able to live up to the hype? Or will he crash and burn like the NBA busts before him?
