Getting a tattoo of one’s favorite actors or athletes is considered one of the biggest tributes by fans around the world. However, no matter how astronomically creepy that may seem, to get somebody shaven onto the back of your head is something even crazier. But tell that to LeBron James fan who has got the Lakers star’s face styled on the back of his head.

The Lakers are 3-1 up on the Warriors in the Western Conference Semi-finals. It seems as if 19x All-Star’s fans are already celebrating.

A fan gets LeBron James’ face haircut and NBA Twitter has had it for the day

In his 20th year in the league, LeBron James has seen all kinds of love and hate from the fans of the game. Being a GOAT contender with Michael Jordan has got him more hate than anybody else.

However, this latest tribute by the apparent biggest fan of his must be soothing for the King and also a nostalgia for the good old days when he had a decent amount of hair up there. “Overtime” posted the clip of the fan getting a haircut from the artist with the Instagram handle ‘newstyle84’.

NBA Twitter trolled that fan and also James while they were at it.

“Haircut Bron has better hairline than LeBron James,” wrote one.

“Need to push that hairline back a bit lol,” wrote another.

Somebody called it “Creepy”.

One went with a graphic to describe it.

James’ declining hairline over the years

The 4x MVP came into the league in 2003 as a 17-year-old sensation, and while his game and surreal fitness have yet to see a decline, his hairline has taken the majority of the hit.

He had a great head of hair to begin with, during his high school career, if somebody had told him he would be bald and the second-best player ever behind the bald ‘Black Jesus’, he would have believed neither.

After coming into the league, Bron chose to keep it short. He did well until 2007, which was when the fans first started noticing he was losing some hair. He brought up the famous headband to cover it.

By the time he joined the Miami Heat in 2010 as a 25-year-old, he had lost excessively much to cover it up with a headband.

By 2014, he lost much of his hairline and looked like somebody else in the off-season after losing the Finals against the Spurs. Maybe the tension got to him. But somehow he had recovered some of it before the start of the season in September.

As much as his career has always been the talk of the town through and through, his hair has been one of the few things he is mocked for.

It will never stop being funny.
