Kawhi Leonard’s Hand Size is so Big That Even a $1400 Phone Looks Tiny

Kawhi Leonard is one of the most intriguing players in the NBA. His somewhat robotic personality aside, Kawhi is quite the physical specimen. Standing at 6’7″ and weighing around 225 pounds, many would think him to be a regular NBA superstar.

However, it is not his height or his weight that makes him so different. What makes Leonard such a “freak of nature” are his hands. The man’s hands are abnormally large and are the reason behind the nickname The Klaw.

But, the question on everyone’s mind is simple. What exactly is Kawhi Leonard’s hand size? Well, if video footage is to be believed, then it is big enough to make a $1400 phone look tiny.

Kawhi Leonard’s hand size sits at a length of 9.75 inches and a hand span of 11.25 inches

Over the course of his 12-year NBA career, Kawhi Leonard has developed quite a reputation. He is known for his amazing defense and in more recent times, his ability to score at will. However, in spite of that, everyone seems to end up focusing on his hands.

With a length of 9.75 inches and a hand span of 11.25 inches, Leonard’s hand size far surpasses that of the average NBA player. So, his nickname is honestly quite apt. After all, if you’re capable of making an iPhone 14 Pro Max look like a Nokia 8810 then you definitely are The Klaw.

But, if the tiny iPhone Pro doesn’t convince you, then perhaps Shaquille O’Neal will. Especially seeing as Kawhi’s hands are pretty much the same size as that of Big Diesel.

Kawhi Leonard pretty much has hands similar to Shaquille O’Neal’s

Back in 2016, Kawhi Leonard made a rare appearance alongside the Inside NBA team. It was All-Star break and The Klaw decided to stop by for a little chat. The meeting was cordial but got a bit awkward after Kawhi was asked to compare his hand size to Shaquille O’Neal. It took some persuasion, but Leonard finally agreed, and the results were shocking.

Why? Because Kawhi’s hand was similar in size to that of Shaq’s. To the normal fan, this wouldn’t be a big deal. But, it’s important to remember that one man is a whole four inches taller than the other.

At the end of the day, there can be no denying that Leonard is an absolute beast. And, if anyone tries to square up to him, they’re gonna catch those hands.
