"Kevin Durant and the Nets will eat the Bucks alive next year!": Skip Bayless lets his opinion on the 2021 champions be known through a joke on Twitter after game 6

Skip Bayless sends out a hilarious tweet towards Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving after the Bucks win the 2021 Finals

This year just wasn’t it for Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving, was it?

Before the start of this postseason, the Brooklyn Nets were undeniably the favorites to win this year’s championship. But, their injuries in the second round against the Bucks proved fatal for their chances this year.

Since the Bucks sealed the championship in 6 games, a part of the NBA community has started to think about the Nets again. About what could’ve been if all those injuries didn’t occur. And it appears that Skip Bayless could be thinking of the very same thing, before cracking a fairly funny joke on Twitter.

Let’s get into it.

The return of the ISO gang is going to be a scary one.

Many have made the case that Brooklyn’s big three are injury prone at this point, and can’t win a title. But, Skip Bayless clearly can’t agree with that notion, with the analyst recently posting the following post on Twitter.

Frankly, this is probably dead on.

At the end of the day, teams seldom get as unlucky as the Brooklyn Nets did during this postseason. And, if all three of their superstars can manage to be healthy, it’s hard to imagine the team faltering anytime before the Eastern Conference Finals next season.

The Milwaukee Bucks may have won the championship this season. But, with the Nets coming back with even more hunger next season, their road to a repeat is likely not going to be the most pleasant during playoffs 2022.
