The first images of the ‘NBA BLM on court’ in Orlando have been released and the NBA has stood by its promise to use its platform to curb racism

Adam Silver and Co. are ready to host the season restart at Orlando, in the backdrop of the coronavirus and the ‘anti-racism’ movement in the country. The 2019-20 NBA season was suspended on 11 March due to the coronavirus pandemic that has put the world at a halt.
NBA BLM on Court
The NBA Bubble courts have been released on social media and they have a ‘Black Lives Matter’ logo on them. The benches and chairs for the staff and players have been spaced out in order to ensure social distancing. All players, staff and NBA officials will have to wear masks whenever they are present near the courts.

Players, support staff or officials not wearing masks will face suspension.
The association has decided to extend its support to the Black community of America. The league is dominated by African-Americans and for the past few decades, discrimination and police brutality has increased in America against Black people.
To show support to the black community in America, the league has painted their arenas and courts with slogans like “Black lives Matter” and the players have also been allowed to wear social justice slogans on the back of their jersey.
NBA Bubble Rules
Social distancing and wearing masks are the new normal for people in recent times. These protocols have also been implemented in the Bubble, but a few players like Dwight Howard have been trying to surpass the rules.
All players will need to ensure that they comply with all NBA Bubble rules, so that the NBA Bubble can run smoothly and the 2019/20 season can come to a close.
