The ‘NBA season restart’ at The Walt Disney World will be played on a neutral ground eliminating the home advantage for the teams. However, the NBA has found a solution to give advantage to the teams with the best record till 11th March when the season was halted due to the Corona outbreak.
NBA Disney Hotel distribution based on team seedings
The NBA has given an advantage to best seed teams in terms of the luxury they will have during there three and a half month stay at Orlando for the 2019-20 season.
Milwaukee Bucks, LA Lakers, Toronto Raptors, LA Clippers, Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz, and Miami Heat will be staying at Grand Destino whereas hotel Grand Floridian will cater to OKC, 76ers, Houston Rockets, Indiana Pacers, Dallas Mavericks, Brooklyn Nets, Grizzlies and Orlando Magic.

Lower seed teams like Blazers, Kings, Pelicans, Spurs, Suns, and the Wizards will be staying at Yacht Club.

Facilities for the players in the NBA Bubble
NBA players in the bubble will have access to other NBA games in the bubble. The players lounge will have NBA 2K20, TV’s, a pool, barbers, manicurists, and pedicurists. They will also have the facility of Movie screening, DJ sets, video games, Ping Pong, and Lawn games.
Protocols that players and Staff have to follow at Walt Disney world
NBA teams have received a 33-page player handbook for the restart of the season. 100 page advisory on the “Health and Safety Protocol” was also issued by the NBA to the players.
Some of the highlights from the advisory consist of players not leaving the bubble but can leave under some specific circumstances. For Example (team-directed medical care off-campus, the birth of a child, severe illness, death in the family, or a family wedding)
The protocols are on paper but it will be interesting to see how many are followed when the league returns.
