“He’s Gonna Get Outcoached”: Colin Cowherd Predicts Cowboys to Tank Against 49ers Because Of Coach Mike McCarthy

Dak Prescott, Mike McCarthy, and the Dallas Cowboys are in the playoffs once more, but Skip Bayless has no faith in them against Tom Brady and the Buccaneers.

The Cowboys’ season was a weird one, and at first glance, it might be weird to doubt them as a playoff team. After all, they won 12 games, gave the Eagles a good run for their money in the NFC East and should have the upper hand against an 8-9 Buccaneers squad right?

However, the way the Cowboys ended their season has some people doubting their ability to do well in the playoffs despite all the regular season success.

The Cowboys didn’t have much to play for on Sunday, knowing they were locked into the 5th seed. However, with their starters playing, they still laid a dud against the Washington Commanders, losing 26-6. Dak Prescott looked unimpressive, and now, they have to turn around and play the greatest quarterback in history, regardless of how he’s performed in the regular season.

Skip Bayless doesn’t trust Mike McCarthy at all, calls him a product of Aaron Rodgers

Against Tom Brady, Skip Bayless is scared to pick his favorite NFL team to win it. He knows they struggled in their last game against the Commanders, and now, he has no faith in the Cowboys’ coach Mike McCarthy.

McCarthy was a coach for the Green Bay Packers, where alongside Aaron Rodgers, he formed a dynamic duo that won a Super Bowl against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Skip gave credit to McCarthy for that ring, but he believes that Rodgers was the one who carried McCarthy to success during their time at Green Bay, not the other way around.

It’s always hard to argue coach vs. quarterback in these scenarios. It goes back to the debate between Belichick and Brady, but here the answer might be more clear.

Rodgers has found success throughout regardless of who’s coached him. McCarthy has led some successful Cowboys teams, but they haven’t reached the heights that the Packers did just yet.

Dallas will need their A game against Tampa Bay. Tom Brady has never lost to the Cowboys, and after the season he’s had, you know he’s not going to be happy with a first-round exit.
