This was the biggest match of the Champions Trophy so far. The defending champions faced off against the number one ranked team in a virtual quarter final match at the Oval. And it was India that reigned supreme, as they convincingly beat the South Africans to book a place in the semi finals of the Champions Trophy. Here are the Player Ratings for India vs South Africa Champions Trophy 2017.

While Amla and QDK gave South Africa a good start, the Indian spinners Ashwin and Jadeja slowed things down as they started picking up wickets at regular intervals. The highlight of India’s performance was their fielding display. They ran out three South African batsmen, and saved a good 20-30 runs in the field.
