Pogba’s late return to training was due to being granted extra leave after his World Cup domination in Russia. He is determined to silence his critics and prove that he can live up to the £89 million price tag by being among the world’s best midfielders.
The World Cup winner was abused and criticized in his last two years in England. However, last season, a change in his attitude and off-field antics was noticeable. He is keen to make the impression of a leader apart from just being a fantastic player.
