Roman Reigns is not injured but will still not participate at the TLC PPV

This is no joke folks! Roman Reigns will not be participating at the TLC PPV and will be replaced by the Raw GM Kurt Angle. Let that sink it!

The reunion of the Shield was the huge story heading into the TLC PPV, as legendary trio of Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose will join forces to face Kane, Strowman and the Miztourage.

For all the hype that surrounded that match, an exceptional set of circumstances have caused a sudden change in plans as Reigns will no longer be allowed to participate in Sunday’s event.

According to backstage sources, Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas were not seen on Raw for the past couple of weeks. Wyatt and Dallas, who are real life brothers, are actually ‘quarantined’ by the WWE as Bray’s partner is dealing with a viral meningitis outbreak.

Apparently Roman Reigns is another superstar who may be affected by this outbreak, which is why the WWE is trying to protect him and the rest of the locker room by keeping him away from the show for now.

The WWE is currently testing all of their superstars if they have been infected and will try and quarantine all those that flag up.

Coming to the TLC PPV, Reigns has been replaced by the legendary Kurt Angle. The biggest problem with this is that Angle’s return should have been a much bigger deal.

The Hall of Famer’s return to a WWE ring would have been a Wrestlemania main event worthy match something that should have had a lot more build up to it. But the WWE has its hands tied backwards as well, which is why they had to add Angle in at the last moment.

Bray Wyatt will also be absent from the PPV, which is why AJ Styles will replace him and face Finn Balor. Styles vs Balor should have been another Wrestlemania worthy match, that is unfortunately being thrown in at the last moment.

Like they say, anything can happen in the WWE!
