Placed in Pool B, for both the sides, this match holds massive importance. Not only would a win help set the tournament off on the right foot for them but also assert their status as true contenders for the title. On current form and in terms of quality though, it looks as one sided a match as they come with South Africa expected to make short work of USA on the day.

However given the stakes at hand, coming up with such a foregone conclusion would be silly and USA should put up a challenge infront of SA. There’s still little chances of them upstaging USA and we see them being put down comfortably by South Africa in the end.

We have the one player from USA as well given that we need to pick up 4 players from their side as per the guidelines. Mohan Gandhi is someone who is well versed with how to restrict attacks and come up with the vital blocks and should get a good amount of points based on his ability.
