Shubhman Gill is one of the rising faces of Indian cricket. In January 2018 he was bought by KKR for 1.8 crore INR, since then the 20-year-old has not looked back and risen to prominence with his explosive performances for the IPL side.
In the last edition of the IPL 2019, he won the emerging player award after his successful campaign with KKR. Furthermore, the Punjab based star is deemed to be the next big thing for team India.
Gill has a long way to go before he becomes the captain of KKR but surely, he is a born leader as in November 2019, he became the youngest cricketer to lead a side in Deodhar Trophy beating Virat Kohli who did same when the Indian skipper was 21-year-old.
