The upcoming South Africa’s tour of India will commence another extended season of cricket in India. Starting with a three-match T20I series against the Proteas, India will host as many as four other cricketing nations in the season.

South Africa, who will play a three-match Test series followed by the T20Is, will return back next year for a three-match ODI series which will eventually complete their complete tour of India.

The visitors will be under the spotlight throughout the tour primarily because several new faces in their squads across formats. Led by wicket-keeper batsman Quinton de Kock, the visitors are a comparatively inexperienced unit.
