The novel COVID-19 pandemic has put a halt to all live events including sports. With the virus initiating a global crisis, it has brought the world to a standstill.

The 13th season of the Indian Premier League, which was originally scheduled to begin last month, has been delayed till April 15 and is one of the many cricket tournaments which have been affected by this pandemic.

In times when there is a dearth of live matches, illustrious broadcaster Star Sports have decided to televise all the matches involving India from the ICC World Twenty20 2007. It is worth mentioning that the channel had earlier televised two matches from the historic ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.
