John’s son, Tommy Fury recently had an official boxing fight against Olajide “KSI” Olayinka Williams Olatunji, where Tommy was declared victorious. John Fury recently asked KSI to pay up the bet money and threatened to ruin his life otherwise.
KSI is a top-rated YouTuber, boxer, content creator, and entrepreneur well known for his content and his association with the Sidemen group. Olatunji vs Tommy Fury was one of the most anticipated fights because of their no-loss boxing record during the previous fights. It was previous to the fight that KSI, Tommy, and John had bet against each other over having the first loss.

John Fury demands bet money from KSI and threatens to ruin his life
The official boxing fight between KSI and Tommy Fury took place in the Ao Arena, Manchester on October 14, 2023. Although the Logan Paul vs Dillon Danis fight had overshadowed their fight, there was still anticipation from the public to see who would get their first loss.
There was quite a bit of trash-talking before the fight. It was during a livestream that KSI decided to involve a bet on who would have their first boxing loss. Although KSI seemed to have a better fight in the ring, Tommy Fury was declared the winner by unanimous decision.

Upon Tommy Fury’s victory, John won the bet of £200,000 and he has been demanding KSI to pay the money for a few days now. John Fury had previously stated that KSI owed him money. He also added that there was a bet in existence and he wanted the pay from Olatunji.
Recently, upon being asked, John Fury stated “He lost, he’s got to man up and pay, I will not let this go”. He also further threatened KSI that he would hound him to death if KSI was not to pay. John explained that JJ was the one to come up with the idea of betting against each other, and further added that JJ was a sore loser on the fight night so he had to pay the money. John Fury decided to threaten KSI again and stated “I will never leave you alone, I will ruin your career, I am on you like a dog on a rabbit, so don’t worry about that, Pay up”.
Netizens asked John to say if he was broke rather than threatening KSI. Another person pointed out that the bet was about Tommy Knocking out KSI, so Tommy and John had lost the bet.

KSI claims he was robbed of his win
KSI and the majority of the audience were in acceptance that KSI was far better in techniques and landing punches during his fight against Tommy Fury. But based on the judge’s results, Tommy Fury was declared the winner by unanimous decision. KSI was immediately against the results and stated during the post-fight interview that he was completely robbed of the victory.
When asked about his thoughts about the fight, JJ stated that he had landed the majority of his punches when Tommy had failed to do so. He also explained that Tommy had hit the back of his head multiple times while only one point was deducted. The Prime co-founder clearly stated that based on the landing punches and point deductions there was no way Tommy could have won the fight.
