Khamzat reveals big new year's resolution; Posts a photo of himself carrying a UFC title

Khamzat Chimaev is undoubtedly one of the breakout fighters of 2020, and it seems in the coming year he wants to go to the top and acquire the Welterweight throne.

The fighter has posted a photo of himself on social media, in which he is carrying a UFC title, and in the caption, he wrote “2021,” which indicates what is about to come according to him.

With an ever-ready attitude, the fighter burst into the scene with 3 consecutive victories in 66 days. Thereby, registering himself in the record books, as the fighter with the quickest win hat-trick in UFC history.

Chimaev’s eagerness for a quick turnaround and his finishes has garnered him immense popularity, his following on Instagram is quite evident of that. While the mass support is ideal but, what apparently matters most is the boss’ approval, and it turns out Khamzat has flourished in this aspect as well.

UFC president Dana White in the past has expressed his awe about the Swede and even offered him a seat alongside himself at UFC Fight Island 6.

Can Khamzat Chimaev Continue the Winning Momentum?

With a dominant display in 2020 and a promise to “smesh” every fighter, Khamzat will head into 2021 as a ranked prospect.

Some call his surge as a subject of Hype Train and some term it as Khamzat Chimaev Bandwagon, and though he might be inconsiderate about what’s been said, yet might be aware that 2021 might prove to be a test for him, that will indicate which way his trajectory goes.

In the wake of that, his next fight, which is against Leon Edwards, which will take place on January 20, will give definite answers for that matter.
