WATCH: Romelu Lukaku scores the equaliser at Old Trafford against CSKA Moscow

CSKA Moscow’s challenge at Old Trafford was looking ever so ominous, as the Russian side went 1-0 up in the 1st half, thanks to Daley Blind playing Vitinho onside, as Blind had slid to the byline while performing defensive duties during the build up to the goal.

All the United players instantly had put their hand up, appealing for the offside, but the cries later died down, as they saw Blind reeling on the byline.

1-0 at half time and with the number of chances that United had created in the first half(and hadn’t scored), it looked like Manchester United could be in for a frustrating second 45 minutes.

But United kept knocking on the door, and a delightful ball from the left from Pogba, meant that Lukaku had to wrestle his defender off him and poke the ball into the net, something that he did very efficiently.

United would be hoping that they can secure a win on the night, and finish top of the group as a lot of top sides across Europe could be finishing second in their group, and thus United would need to finish 1st in order to avoid them.
