In a match played in Marsh Cup, Cameron Valente caught a brilliant catch to send Peter Handscomb back to the pavilion, the efforts by the player to take the catch has been lauded, as the ball was tough to reach.
In the second last ball of the 28th over, Victoria skipper played a shot towards mid-off. The ball was out of the reach of Cameron Valente who was standing at that fielding position.
But he ran towards the ball, at the right time pounced at the ball and grabbed it to get rid of the batsman. Handscomb was in absolute shock as he did not expect Valente to grab the ball from such distance.
