BREAKING : All Indian Football Federation’s website is HACKED

In a shocking piece of news, the All Indian Football Federation’s website was hacked late last night by a group which calls itself ‘Zero Cool’.

The group hacked into the AIFF website and posted provocative messages on the landing page. The messages were intended to mock India over the capture of Kulbhushan Jadhav, a retired Indian Navy officer. Jadhav was convicted for carrying out “subversive activities” for the Indian government on Pakistan soil.

Jadhav was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court last month after he was accused of working as a “spy” for India. The Indian government has furiously denied this and demanded Jadhav’s safe return to India.

India then went to the International Court of Justice and asked them to stay the death sentence for Jadhav which the ICJ duly accepted. India had also accused Pakistan of “egregious violations of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations” in the detention and trial of Kulbhushan Jadhav.

A few weeks ago, Jadhav’s mother had applied for a visa in order to meet her son, but Pakistan as of yet has not responded to it. The foreign minister of India, Sushma Swaraj tweeted that she had spoken to and informed Jadhav’s mother about the decision made by the ICJ.

The hackers had mentioned that they would send India “Jadhav’s dead body” but there is no proof as of yet that these hackers are based out of Pakistan.

The AIFF responded by tweeting a message apologizing for the inconvenience caused by a ‘technical glitch.’
