Riyad Mahrez could make a late move to Manchester United
Manchester United look very strong heading into the international break. The 20 time English champions are slowly looking like the team to beat this season, as Jose Mourinho looks to have finally assembled a title winning squad.
The Portuguese man had a difficult first season at Old Trafford. In spite of signing big names such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba, Jose’s side finished a disappointing 6th position in the Premier League.

They did manage to win the Carling Cup and the Europa League, which provided the base on which Jose’s second season would be built on.
This year, United signed Lindelof and Lukaku as Jose created a new spine for this Manchester United side. Both have started well, with Lukaku especially in among the goals.
Things got even better when United announced the re-signing of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede will return to the club maybe as early as Christmas, as Jose is trying to create a squad fit enough to compete in both the Premier League as well as the Champions League.
Now we hear that Jose is looking to bring in one more player.
The Portuguese has made no secret of the fact that he wishes to add more fire power to United’s wings. He chased Inter Milan’s Ivan Perisic to no avail, and even tried a cheeky bid to land Gareth Bale from Real Madrid.
But it looks like Jose will try and push hard for Riyad Mahrez on deadline day. The Algerian has left his national set up in order to complete a move away from Leicester City today.
While there has been no confirmation as of yet, United seem to be the side that is most likely to land the Algerian wizard.
Mahrez would be a formidable addition to this United squad, as his pace and creativity would provide another attacking threat going forward.
