Is Paul George playing tonight vs Sacramento Kings? Clippers release foot injury report for star forward ahead of game against De’Aaron Fox and co
The Clippers released their injury report for Paul George ahead of their bout against the Sacramento Kings this afternoon.
Seems as though Paul George has been out to prove himself following last postseason’s WCSF disaster against the Denver Nuggets. He has been on fire to start the Clippers’ 2020-21 NBA campaign as he is averaging 24.4 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game, while helping lead the Clips to the 3rd seed out West.
The last time PG took to the floor, he dropped an efficient 36 points on the Cleveland Cavaliers in a blowout win. The Clippers were without the 30-year-old two nights ago in their loss to Jayson Tatum and the Celtics.
Instead, Luke Kennard got the start over George. Kennard held his own on the floor as he dropped 13 points while shooting 3-5 from beyond the arc.

It looks like the Paul George revenge tour needs to be put onto a hiatus for the time being, as the former Pacers wing has been ruled out for the Clippers’ bout against De’Aaron Fox and co.
This is due to the swingman suffering from a right toe injury and soreness in the same foot as well. Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue was asked about Paul George’s injury.
“I don’t know, I don’t know any details. We’re gonna miss him and we wish him a speedy recovery. I’m not sure when he started feeling it but we’re hoping we can get him back soon.”

There are mumblings floating around that PG might be subject to bone marrow edema. This is when fluid builds up in the bone due to a stress fracture. If this is really the case, it can be expected that Paul George could be out of action for atleast a month and a half.
