WATCH: Virat Kohli neglects MS Dhoni, wastes a review and gets trolled by Steve Smith
India-Australia series have caused some stir with respect to ‘reviews’ in the recent past. Smith’s brain fade during the Bangalore test is one that still dominates the headlines.
Virat Kohli has somehow not enjoyed the best of times with the DRS, unable to take the right call on most occasions. But what he has been doing right is that he has been taking Dhoni’s suggestion on almost all DRS calls, except the one that he went for today.
The incident took place when Kuldeep was bowling to Travis Head, and Head went for an expansive sweep shot, missing it all together, with the ball going below his bat. and Dhoni taking a brilliant catch and appealing in unison with Kohli and the bowler.
Virat looked very excited after the appeal and immediately turned to Dhoni to ask him about his opinion about taking a review. Dhoni who had appealed immediately did not look very optimistic about taking a review but Dhoni suggested to him that he had heard a small noise and was almost sure about it.

Australia posted a low total of 242 even after having a strong start, thanks to their openers.
India would be hoping that Rahane and Rohit can present them with a strong start and help them complete a 4-1 series win over the might Australians
