PSG willing to sell Cavani and buy Alexis Sanchez
In spite of things seemingly sorted between Cavani and Neymar, there is still some talk that PSG might be ready to sell their star striker this January.
While it would seem absurd to sell someone who scored 49 goals in all competitions last season, the additions of Neymar and Mbappe have changed the landscape the significantly at the club.
With the club betting it all on the Brazilian sensation, Mbappe’s addition makes PSG’s frontline the most feared trio in world football at the moment.

But Cavani’s apparent falling out with Neymar seems to have upset the Brazilian even more than it has the club. With the world promised to him on his arrival, Neymar expects everything to handed down to him including set piece duties at the club.
Cavani though did not expect things to happen so easily for the Neymar, and that has created all the confusion within the club.
Now Neymar has personally asked the club to go ahead and sign Arsenal ace Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean is currently in the last year at the club and will be looking to move to a new club next summer.
With Cavani also a target for Arsenal, there are talks of a sensational swap deal happening between the two clubs. The possibility of losing Sanchez for nothing in the summer will be painful, but can be slightly offset by Cavani’s arrival.
Arsene Wenger has a wonderful rapport with the French side and he could use his contacts to leverage a possible swap deal. It could help him save face once again!
