Euro 2016 Match Preview: France vs Switzerland
Fixture: France vs Switzerland
Venue: Stade Pierre- Mauroy
Time: 12:30 A.M.
Coming into the tournament everyone expected France to cruise along in their group and that is essentially what they have done, at least that is what the results show. But it hasn’t been all smooth sailing for them. Goals haven’t come easy and they have needed injury time strikes in both their games to get a victory.

While France have already secured qualification, they still need a point from this game to guarantee a first spot finish, something that will help them avoid the ‘giants’ of European Football.
Switzerland have played some solid football in their first two games and need just a point to secure qualification. But seeing the way France have played, it would take a lot of last inch defending to secure a point.

Payet has been the lynchpin of the French attack, playing some lively football throughout and coming up with the goods at important stages during the game. Greizmann too scored in the last game and overall France are looking a pretty solid team, going into the business end of the tournament.
The Swiss have been pretty compact at the back as well and with Shaqiri providing the required zest and pace upfront, Switzerland too pack a punch going forward.
It could be a very stretched game, with both teams having a lot of pace going upfront, but with a better defence, France should be able to ace it.
Behrami could miss this game as he suffered a knee injury in the last game.
For France, Griezmann and Pogba should return to the starting line up
Match Prediction
France to win 2-0
