Weather at Dhaka stadium today: What is the weather forecast for 1st Bangladesh vs Australia T20I at Shere Bangla National Stadium?
Weather at Dhaka stadium: The SportsRush presents for you the detailed weather prediction for the first BAN vs AUS T20I.
Bangladesh’s last international fixture at home was played against an opposition playing under a new captain. The trend is set to continue today when Bangladesh will host Australia for the first of a five-match T20I series, their first bilateral series in the shortest format against each other.
With Australia’s Aaron Finch ruled out of the tour due to an injury, Matthew Wade will be leading the side. Known for batting anywhere and everywhere in the Australian batting lineup across formats over the years, Wade will start the series as a middle-order wicket-keeper batsman apart from being the captain.
Bangladesh, on the other hand, will also be missing tried and tested campaigners such as Tamim Iqbal (injury), Mushfiqur Rahim (quarantine issue) and Liton Das (family reasons).

Scheduled to be played in conditions quite similar to what will be on display in ICC T20 World Cup 2021, Bangladesh and Australia would want to make the most of these matches ahead of a world event.
Weather at Dhaka stadium today
If the weather forecast at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Mirpur is to be believed, clouds will make their presence felt over the stadium throughout the day. Additionally, the cloud cover will be accompanied by thunderstorms which could make matters worse with respect to the match.

As of now, there is no significant forecast of rain. Having said that, the cloudy weather has it in it to induce a passing shower or two in the evening.
According to AccuWeather, temperature will remain between 28 degree to 30 degree during the match hours in Mirpur today. Talking precisely about the rain probability, it will drop down from 15% (6 PM – match start time) to 5% (9 PM). Therefore, barring a major change in the forecast, the first T20I between Bangladesh and Australia should be largely played uninterrupted.
