Shan Masood wife name: Is Shan Masood married now?
Pakistan Southpaw batter Shan Masood made it to the headlines a few days ago after he was appointed the vice-captain of Pakistan’s national ODI team out of nowhere.
What was further amusing was the fact that while the decision was made ahead of the recently concluded home ODI series against New Zealand, Masood was not even considered to be part of the playing XI for the first two ODIs.
Pakistan’s interim chief selector for the series, Shahid Afridi revealed that both Babar and him were against Masood’s appointment as the team’s vice-captain and that his selection for the post cannot be based due to his handful of decent performances for the county side Derbyshire.
Afridi’s statement comes after a report from Pakistan Today stated that while Babar will continue leading in the T20 format, Sarfaraz Khan and Shan Masood are likely to take up the role of the national side’s Test and ODI teams respectively.

However, sidelining all the professional news revolving around him for some time, Shan Masood got married to his long-time partner and acquaintance Nische Khan in Peshawar, on January 20.
As per an India Today report, Shahid Afridi and Pakistan allrounder Shadab Khan were also present to greet the couple during the nikaah ceremony.

Also, while the Valima (reception) will take place on January 27, his wife’s rukhsati (farewell) will take place in Peshawar.
Most recently, Shan revealed that he had met Nische in the city of Lahore and life has been treating him well since then, as he looks forward to an “exciting time of his life” with her.
The 33-year-old is likely to turn up for the imminent, new season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) next, where he will play for the Multan Sultans under the Pakistan wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan.
