Arsenal and Napoli started the game off on a high note and had half-chances within five minutes of the game. Neither sides were able to convert those, leaving the game wide open in the early moments of this pulsating clash, but the Gunners seem to in total control of this first half.
The visitors struggled to match the intensity of Unai Emery’s side once they started to grow into the game. In the 14th minute, the Gunners’ right-back Ainsley Maitland Niles won the ball and passed the ball to the attacking midfield Mesut Ozil. The German International took some time to pick out his pass by completely dragging the Napoli midfielder to one side.
Striker Alexandre Lacazette drifted wide to provide the necessary width for the full-back Niles to run inside the penalty box. The French International found his teammate Niles inside the penalty box to break the defence of Napoli. The right-full back was able to pick out Aaron Ramsey who was making a bursting run into the six-yard box.
The Welsh International, who is leaving to Juventus in the summer window, scored from just outside the six-yard box to round off an excellent pass and move to find the back of the net. It was perfect build up finished off by one of their stars.

It was Aaron Ramsey’s 63rd goal for the Gunners in a joy-filled career at the Emirates. Eleven minutes after the opener, Lucas Torreira’s shot took a deflection to double the lead for Unai Emery’s side.
