Aaron Ramsey transfer

Aaron Ramsey transfer: Bayern Munich are confident that they have won the race to sign the Welsh midfielder.

Arsenal have shared points in their last three Premier League games, and have dropped to 5th in the Premier League table. However, Unai Emery’s side has made a good recovery from a poor start to the season.

Their new signings, Lucas Torreira, Matteo Guendouzi and Bernd Leno have all shined for the side so far, with the Uruguayan midfielder being lauded by fans and pundits alike.

Bernd Leno’s heroics against Wolverhampton Wanderers last weekend salvaged a point for Arsenal, but the side is still three points behind Pochettino’s Tottenham, who are fourth on the table.

However, Arsenal will also oversee the departure of their star midfielder Aaron Ramsey. The talks for a new contract between the club and the midfielder broke down earlier this season, and Ramsey confirmed that he would leave in the summer.

Aaron Ramsey transfer:

English media outlet Independent has reported that Bayern Munich have won the race to sign the Welsh midfielder.

Aaron Ramsey is expected to sign a long-term contract with the defending German champions soon. Independent claims that there has been a recent breakthrough in talks for a transfer and Ramsey has reportedly agreed to join the club.

Bayern Munich have struggled in the new season under Niko Kovac, with the club currently 5th in the Bundesliga. The Bavarians lost their league game against Borussia Dortmund earlier this month, and are now a massive 7 points behind the top of the table.

The German giants are also preparing to sign Luka Jovic and Ante Rebic, and reports from German outlet Kicker suggest that James Rodriguez is set to be sent back to Real Madrid.

The Bayern Munich manager, Niko Kovac is reportedly under pressure of saving his job, and is desperate for new signings.

Aaron Ramsey signed a new contract with Arsenal in 2014, which is set to expire in 2019. The Welsh midfielder confirmed last month that he would see out his contract at the club, and will leave after the end of the current season.

The Welsh footballer joined the club in 2010 from Cardiff City, and has made 343 appearances for the club so far, scoring 59 goals.
