"Afridi's brain hasn't grown": Watch Gautam Gambhir launches scathing attack on Shahid Afridi

Gambhir launches scathing attack on Shahid Afridi: Former Indian opening batsman continues to criticize former Pakistani captain.

Former India opening batsman Gautam Gambhir and current BJP MP (East Delhi) Gautam Gambhir’s rivalry with former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi is nothing new to the world.

During their playing days, both the players were often seen exchanging words with each other on the field – adding fuel to the age-old India-Pakistan rivalry. Off the field, Gambhir and Afridi have been seen going against each other on social media platform Twitter.

A similar incident was recorded yesterday when Gambhir mocked Afridi after the latter tweeted with respect to Kashmir.

“Guys, in this picture Shahid Afridi is asking Shahid Afridi that what should Shahid Afridi do next to embarrass Shahid Afridi so that’s it’s proven beyond all doubts that Shahid Afridi has refused to mature!!! Am ordering online kindergarten tutorials for help,” read Gambhir’s tweet.

Having tweeted the aforementioned last night, Gambhir once again spoke about Afridi. Speaking to ANI, Gambhir questioned the former Pakistani cricketer’s maturity and accused him of not growing with his age.

“Some people don’t mature throughout their life. When some people play cricket at a certain age, that age remains the same even after they stop playing. Their brain doesn’t grow with age.

“I don’t need to speak much about him [Shahid Afridi]. If he is so interested in politicizing everything, why doesn’t he join politics? Even in politics, you need people with brains which he seems to be not having,” Gambhir was quoted as saying.
