Pep Guardiola has never lost a Premier League game at the Old Trafford since taking over the reigns at Manchester City. In fact, the Spaniard has won all 3 of his games. However, the unblemished record is now looking likely to be stained.

Manchester United and City have already played each other thrice this season with the Red Devils coming out on top on 2 occasions. However, their only clash at the Old Trafford resulted in a 3-1 win for Guardiola’s men.

The Premier League clash between the sides saw the visitors dominate the game all through with United struggling to break through. However, Golden boy Bruno Fernandes contributed to goal once again as he assisted Anthony Martial for the opening and so far, the only goal of the match.

Bruno Fernandes scooped in a cheeky free kick towards Anthony Martial’s way. The Frenchman drove onto it and shot at the near post. Ederson, normally a safe pair of hands, made a total mess of the shot and allowed it to go past him.

The game has drastically changed since the goal. United have an extra spring in their boots. City on the other hand, desperately need the half-time and one of Pep Guardiola’s famous speeches to pull themselves back into the game.
