Antoine Griezmann may not have the best of days in the office yesterday. However, he left the match with a remarkable moment to his name. With the ball near the opponent’s box, Antoine Griezmann hit a no look back heel pass that escaped from between the opposition player’s legs.

Griezmann could have easily found his name on the scorer’s sheet through a penalty. Unfortunately, he sent the ball crashing to the crossbar instead. He jokingly blamed the embarrassing effort on his wife after the match. However, his embarrassment does not compare to the humiliation Albania had to go through before the match had even begun.

Before the kick off, the Albanian team had lined up for their National anthem. What played through the speakers however, was the national anthem of Andorra!

Confusion ensued as the stadium announcer issued an apology to Armenia. Yes, you read that right. The apology was made to Armenia, another team that was not present in the field. Quite an eventful day it was at the Stade de France.
