Arsenal Transfer News: Bayern Munich plan to capture Arsenal's target

Arsenal Transfer News: Bayern Munich plan to capture Arsenal’s target Yannick Carrasco as the Belgian star is set to return to Europe.

Arsenal are targeting to land Yannick Carrasco, who is desiring to return to Europe after a stint with Dalian Yifang in China. It is reported that the Belgian International wants to stay close to his family, and is looking for a move near home.

On other side, according to a report by the SportBild, Bayern Munich are planning to hire Carrasco, if the Bavarians fail to sign Leroy Sane from Manchester City this summer.

The German giants are looking forward to sign reinforcements in attack to replace Frank Ribery, who left the club after the final league game of Bayern Munich.

The Bavarians saw Sane as a suitable replacement of Ribery, but Manchester City have denied the offers made by Bayern Munich. Thus, compelling them to look at other prospects.

Since, landing Sane to Allianz Arena seems slim for the Bavarians, the German club have shifted their focus on the Belgian starlet. However, the Gunners are also determined to sign the player, as they seek to bolster their squad ahead of next season.

Unai Emery’s side faced massive disappointment after missing out on the next edition of the Champions league after finishing fifth in the Premier league and losing to Chelsea by 4-1 in the final of Europa league.

Thus, it is upon the Belgian International to decide his destination as he has finalized his departure from China amidst this transfer window.

Further word are still awaited as the player is being massively speculated with top clubs after learning about his return to Europe.
