Barcelona to buy Coutinho and Paulinho to keep Neymar happy
The Neymar to PSG rumours have continued to fill the back pages, as the Brazilian superstar looks to secure a move away from the Nou Camp.
PSG are reportedly ready to pay Neymar’s buy out clause, which is at a staggering 222 million euros. The French outfit want to make Neymar one of the highest paid players in the world, with the Brazilian quite keen to link up with his fellow Brazilians in Paris.
Barcelona have realized that they need to keep Neymar at all costs, which is why they have made several promises to Neymar for the next season. The Catalan club wish to buy Neymar’s friends, Paulinho and Coutinho, which they could possibly persuade their number eleven to stay.
Liverpool’s Coutinho is the major draw, as Barcelona identify him as someone who could potentially fill Iniesta’s shoes.
Klopp has repeatedly said that Coutinho is not for sale at any price. But there is a belief around Anfield that a bid of around 80 million might be enough to take Coutinho to the Nou Camp.

Paulinho on the other hand would be a cheaper option, as he would cost much less. In addition to these players, Neymar has been promised far more set piece responsibilities in the coming season.
According to reports, Messi and Suarez have spoken personally to Neymar and asked him to continue his time at Barcelona. Pique has also told Neymar that he could create a legacy at the Nou Camp if he continues at the club.
Could this actually change Neymar’s mind?
