BCCI and DD Sports announce second schedule of televising India's old matches during COVID-19 lockdown

BCCI and DD Sports announce second schedule: DD Sports will rerun some more matches from the past during COVID-19 lockdown.

BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) and DD Sports have joined hands for the second time during the ongoing nationwide lockdown in the country to keep the cricket fans engaged.

The outbreak of the novel COVID-19 pandemic has snatched away all the live cricketing action from the audiences. Apart from cricket matches, the dearth of live events has also affected other forms of entertainment.

It is due to the same reason that several channels in the nation have started reruns of their iconic television series to make sure that they don’t lose out of audiences.
