Unai Emery was appointed as Arsenal manager this summer. This was the Gunners’ first managerial change in over two decades with the Basque boss replacing Arsene Wenger. He has already stamped his identity onto Arsenal by making as many as five transfers this summer.

The former Paris-Saint Germain boss made sure that his Arsenal team will be stable for the near future and is concentrating on making investments on youngsters, who will now be part of Arsenal’s academy in London. The 15 year old is one of the brightest prospects and is currently playing his trade in Romania.

He is right now with Viitourul Domnesti and has been on Arsenal’s radar lately. Reports have confirmed that the young player has completed his transfer to north London and has also spoken about when he will be joining the Gunners. The Gunners have already managed to sign Barcelona’s Joel Lopez and narrowly lost out on Sam Greenwood.

The 15 year old will complete his transfer in December this year once he is 16 years old. He stood out during his trial with the Premier League giants in north London and was part of their shortlist.

“It’s something else,” he told Romanian outlet Digi Sport, as reported by the Metro . “It’s a big difference I cannot wait to go there to sign and it’s going to be much better, I will sign when I’m 16. They’ve been watching me for more matches and that was it – after that they sent me the tickets to go to them. They told me that I was a good player and that they wanted [me] to go to the big team in two years.”

Regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Romania, Carjan, 15, is a midfielder who currently plys his trade at Viitorul Domnesti and will be hoping to make more of an impact that his compatriot Vlad Dragomir who left on a free transfer at the end of June.
