Commentators in PSL 2021: The sixth season of the Pakistan Super League comprises of a 13-member commentary team.

The ongoing sixth season of the Pakistan Super League kick-started after defending champions Karachi Kings beat Quetta Gladiators by 7 wickets yesterday.
The second day of the tournament witnessed its first double-header fixture today when Lahore Qalandars, runners up of the last season, beat Peshawar Zalmi by 4 wickets to begin their PSL 2021 journey on a winning note.

With an ICC T20 World Cup slated to be played in similar conditions later this year, tournaments such as the PSL holds immense importance for breakthrough performances will aid players in pressing a case in their respective national teams as wells.
Commentators in PSL 2021
A star-studded 13-member commentary panel had been announced for the sixth season of the Pakistan Super League. It is worth mentioning that commentary for this tournament is available in English and Urdu.
Former Pakistan players such as Bazid Khan, Ramiz Raja, Sana Mir and Urooj Mumtaz are performing dual roles of calling PSL 2021 matches in both the languages. Exclusively for Urdu commentary, the quartet gets joined by established names in Tariq Saeed and Sikandar Bakht.
Former England captain David Gower, former New Zealand pacers in Danny Morrison and Simon Doull, former Zimbabwe pacer Pommie Mbangwa, former South Africa all-rounder JP Duminy, former England pacer Dominic Cork and illustrious commentator Alan Wilkins form a seven-member overseas panel of commentators.

While Morrison, Cork and Wilkins have had commentary stints in the PSL in the past, the likes of Gower, Doull, Mbangwa and Duminy are into their first season as commentators in the PSL.
“We have worked very hard to improve our production standards and I am pleased to note that we have the consortium of NEP, Blitz and Trans Group working on this production for HBL PSL 6.
“I am also very pleased to welcome a star roster of commentators to HBL PSL once again. This year, we have focused on ensuring that we maintain the right mix between our established HBL PSL voices and new voices that will bring a fresh perspective to our coverage,” Director Commercial PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) Babar Hamid said in a statement.
