LSG vs GT Head to Head Record in IPL History

Lucknow Super Giants will take the field at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium on a Saturday afternoon in the hope of defeating defending champions Gujarat Titans for the first time in the history of the Indian Premier League.

Readers must note that Titans had won both their matches against Super Giants in the previous season of the IPL. In what is going to be the third clash between the two teams, it will be their first one in Lucknow.

Having played only three matches at their home ground thus far, LSG have won twice and lost once here this season. GT, on the other hand, will be playing their first-ever match at this venue.

While their first-ever match had witnessed Gujarat successfully chasing down a 159-run target in the last over because of another Rahul Tewatia finishing masterclass, the second match saw them registering a 62-run victory. Chasing a below par 145-run target, Lucknow were bundled out for 82 in 13.5 overs primarily because of opener Shubman Gill‘s half-century and spinner Rashid Khan‘s match-winning spell.
