PBKS vs DC Head to Head Record in IPL History

Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals will be seen locking horns for the second time in the ongoing 16th season of the Indian Premier League merely three days after their first encounter of the season against one another.

Kings, who defeated Capitals by 31 runs in Delhi last week, had ended a four-match losing streak by doing so. The same wouldn’t have been possible had the home team not lost eight wickets for 54 runs in a shambolic batting collapse especially after opening batters shared a 38-ball 69-run partnership.

PBKS’ sixth victory of the season also powered them to an overall 16-15 lead in PBKS vs DC Head to Head Records. Apart from winning double the number of matches in May, they also have a minor 2-1 lead against this opposition at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium.

Speaking particularly of this venue, DC will be playing at this picturesque stadium after a decade. In what was the penultimate IPL match to be played in Dharamsala, the hosts had ended up securing a 7-run victory.

Punjab, who have won five and lost four out of their nine IPL matches at this stadium, have an average run rate of 8.55 here. Delhi, on the contrary, have scored at a run rate of 7.71 at the HPCA Stadium in the past.
