ZIM vs BAN Head to Head Records: The SportsRush presents for you the Head to Head statistics for the first ZIM vs BAN T20I.

The first T20I of the ongoing Bangladesh’s tour of Zimbabwe will be played at the Harare Sports Club today. Having lost the recently concluded three-match ODI series 0-3 despite playing well in parts, the hosts would be keen to stage a victory in the shortest format.

Zimbabwe, who had last hosted Bangladesh for a bilateral T20I series in 2013, will be hosting them for the first time in Harare as a two-match series was played in Bulawayo back in the day.

Much like their overall T20I record against Zimbabwe, Bangladesh will also be riding on confidence not just because of their ODI-series victory but also because of the fact that they have won four consecutive T20Is against Zimbabwe in the recent past.

In what was the second of a two-match series, Bangladesh had won the match by 9 wickets to whitewash the opposition. Chasing a paltry 120-run target, the hosts had thrived on the back of opening batsman Liton Das scoring a match-winning 60* (45) comprising of eight fours.

After Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah won the toss and chose to field first, his decision was supported by Al-Amin Hossain and Mustafizur Rahman picking a couple of wickets each in Dhaka.
