Cristiano Ronaldo Goal vs Spal: The Portuguese ace’s headed strike ensures Juventus’ unbeaten run in the Serie A this season.
The Bianconeri are yet to be beaten in the Italian league this season. This is a very significant stat considering Inter Milan’s form. Antonio Conte’s side have won all their matches in the Seria A so far. For the first time in a long time, Juventus are playing catch up.

Miralem Pjanic scored Juventus’s first goal just before the strike of half-time. Although Spal never looked threatening at any point, with just a one goal advantage, they could have pulled one and ruined Maurizio Sarri’s party anytime.

Cristiano Ronaldo though had other plans. Having missed the match against Brescia earlier in the week, the Portuguese was keen to make up for his absence; and he did so by scoring his 3rd goal of the campaign in the 78th minute to seal the victory for Juventus.
Paulo Dybala won the ball in the middle of the park before receiving the ball back on the run. The Argentine then found Ronaldo with a cross who rose to meet the ball before firing with a head through the legs of the goalkeeper.

Berisha, Spal’s keeper, will rue letting both goals in because he had an excellent showing in the game otherwise. He stopped shots from Dybala and Ramsey in the first half. Later, he denied Khedira, Dybala once again and Ronaldo later in the match.
“I haven’t actually watched any Inter games this season, as we’ve focused mainly on the teams we are facing next,” Juve boss Maurizio Sarri told reporters, per Football Italia, after the match. “Tonight, we’ll watch a couple of Bayer Leverkusen matches and then go to dinner.
“I hear that Inter are playing very well, I had no doubt they would considering the quality of the coach and their players. I always said this would be a far more balanced season.”
