Portuguese superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo, has agreed to join Juventus, according to various reports. The reports further confirm that a four-year contract has been agreed worth €30 million a year, with the player to be unveiled on Saturday.

After contributing in Real Madrid’s 3-1 Champions League final win over Liverpool in Kiev, the 33-year-old clarified that he was uncertain about his future at the Santiago Bernabeu.

“Now to enjoy, and in the next few days I will give an answer to the fans that they are on my side, it was very nice to be in Madrid,” he spoke post-match.

And now with the World Cup over for Cristiano Ronaldo, news claiming his departure from Real Madrid have surfaced social media.

Even though it is a yearly norm for sports outlets to link the mega star to a move away from the Los Blancos, the tradition might change this time. Spanish news outlet, Marca, reports that Cristiano Ronaldo and club President, Florentino Perez, will have a meeting to discuss the player’s future at the club.

Juventus have been highly speculated to sign the Portuguese superstar, and publication Goal have also reported that the pace of the deal has increased, with Cristiano very likely to play in the Serie A next season.

Spanish outlet, AS, also reports that with the Turin club agreeing personal terms with Cristiano Ronaldo, a shock move might be confirmed with the player being unveiled on Saturday.

After the deal is confirmed, Premier League giants, Manchester United, will get 2.5% of the payment that Juventus will pay Real Madrid for the 5-time Ballon d’Or winner.
