Cyberpunk 2077 Developers get locked out of their systems after Ransomware attack

CDPR has been releasing hotfixes ever since the release of the game. The company has succeeded in taking care of quite a lot of the game-breaking bugs but there are still a few left. In the current Hotfix, they tended to the Item Randomization and a bug in one of the missions. The Hotfix released is available for PC, consoles, and Stadia. From the looks of it, they are on track according to the roadmap they had proposed earlier this month!

CDPR’s stock has also seen a 20% jump in price mainly due to the recent rise to fame of GameStop. This might be the best news the company has had to hear in a while. This is the fourth hotfix that the company has released since the release of the game.

Even though there are still quite a few bugs in the game, it was already pretty stable on PC and on next-gen consoles. The current hotfixes just help make Cyberpunk a real looker without having to worry about the bugs present.

What are the bugs that were fixed in Hotfix 1.11?

The Hotfix addresses two issues that appeared after Patch 1.1:

  • Item randomization has been restored to the previous state.
  • The save/load loot exploit will be investigated further.
  • A bug in the Down on the Street quest has been fixed.

The bug for Down on the Street involved the lack of Dialogue options and blocking of interactions with other NPCs. It occurred for a few players when they had saved at “Wait for Takemura’s call” objective during a holocall with Takemura in version 1.06 of the game. After loading the save in version 1.1 they would experience the bug.

All things considered, we can expect Cyberpunk 2077 to be all set for the new DLC for all consoles and other platforms by the timeline presented to us!
